Cancellation Policy

Dear Participant, We wish to highlight our operational guidelines to ensure clarity and avoid any potential confusion in the future. Please note that trainer assignments are subject to change based on our discretion. We commit to providing a qualified trainer to each course. It is possible for trainers to be reassigned during the course duration. If you need to reschedule a lesson, you may do so without penalty by using the reschedule link provided in the reminder email sent the day before the lesson. For urgent matters, contact your trainer directly. Unfortunately, any cancellations made after 12:00 pm the day prior to the scheduled lesson will result in the forfeiture of the class. We recognise that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we are unable to waive charges for last-minute cancellations or postponements.
